7.00-8.00am    Greetings. Breakfast served and free play.

8.00 – 9.00am   Children arrive and pick their teddy’s faces with their names and photos to register themselves. They will settle in and chose their Montessori activities. Breakfast and Milk Time

9.00-12MD    Montessori Work Cycle: 

Circle time – child led and teacher’s directed activities and lesson plans for groups and individual child on the curriculum topics to include the weather, seasons, nursery rhymes on numbers, alphabets sounds, breaking news from home or personal announcements and Montessori activities using Montessori materials such as practical life and sensorial. Expressive designs and art, colouring and painting.

What I like and don’t like from show and tell. Morning snacks served (supervised).

Indoor or outdoor choice on Montessori activities, forest school visit on Wednesdays only.

Morning nappy change. Nap time for infants if required.

11.45-12.30md    Lunch time, milk and nappy time.

12.30-1pm    Free and interactions time with peers. Free make believe story time and spontaneous play

1- 1.15pm    Afternoon session begins with children’s registration.

1.15 -2pm    Quiet time with book sharing, learning to read and write. Children may nap as required.

2- 3.30pm.  

Circle time – child led and teacher directed activities for groups and individual on the weather, seasons, nursery rhymes on numbers, alphabets sounds, breaking news from home or personal announcements, Work cycle continues – physical activities, Montessori activities using Montessori materials. Construction/building, fishing and planting.

3.30pm – 4pm    Snack time (Supervised). Afternoon nappy change and naps for infants if required.

4 – 5.30pm    Montessori Work Cycle continues – Planned teacher’s lesson on the curriculum topics, physical activity, music + dancing, any Montessori activities as described above. Extracurricular activity session from paid external teachers on languages and dance.

5.30 – 6pm    Quiet resting time for children, body stretching and movement hour, listening to relaxing music or watching videos containing children fun stories. Children awaits their parents arrival for pick up.

6 – 7pm    Indoor games carpet and puzzle time, stories/puppets and soft play and music whilst parents pick up the children.
